EDOL 552-Ib ONLINE COURSE DESIGN AND DELIVERY
This course provides learners with fundamental theories and strategies for designing and delivering an online course. From the design perspective, different approaches are discussed about online learning, online course structure, online assessment, and online communities of learners. From the delivery perspective, practical strategies are discussed about how to be an effective and efficient online course facilitator. Rather than being a “sage on a stage”, learners are encouraged to be online facilitators, that is, “guide on the side”.
